Managing Team Excellence in Times of Change

The only constant in your business is change and that can cause challenges for your management and staff. This workshop takes the participants through the 5 Stages of Team Model to help them identify which direction their team is going on the continuum and to guide them in implementing an immediate plan of action to bring about positive changes and outcomes.

Also included in this program is the “ABCDE’s of Your Employee’s Performance”, a performance tool designed with Human Resource Professionals to diagnose team member behaviors and to suggest appropriate forms of action to get different results; and the Relationship Strategies Personality Profile Assessment to help participants better understand and work with team member behaviors that are different than their own.

The Managing Team Excellence in Times of Change Workshop will open your eyes and ears to seeing and hearing how change is affecting your employees, and gives you proven techniques in employee care to help them through their biggest fears of change.
